An all-inclusive seven-course set menu celebrating The Feast of the Seven Fishes. Served plated in our newly renovated dining room. Most dishes served are inspired by the stories of Southern Italy, which have long traditions supporting the foods of that region.

A mountain of polenta and a rich sausage and salami ragu, honoring the legacy of Marchese Rovere who rescued miners from a sudden winter storm.

Grilled Columbia River Sturgeon, inspired by the Tuscan Sarga a local community festival.
