The Joy and Journey of Lasagna
It is said that lasagna is one of the oldest noodle shapes. That comforts me as I journey into the ongoing discovery of making it. What attracted me to it was its structure. Most traditionalists will make a sauce and add the same layer of ingredients between the sheets. I enjoy identifying each group of ingredients, such as the bechamel sauce and then the bolognese sauce, so each sauce is discovered as the diner bites through the lasagna. As I write this Lasagna Part 2 is taking shape. Stay tuned as I progress and tighten and hone my video craft as well.
